This hot-swap, redundant power supply option allows IBM eServer xSeries x336 customers to increase both availability and uptime by adding a second power supply to the server. This power supply option includes everything needed to install the power supply. The included "Y" cable allows users to power two server power supplies from a single outlet on a properly designed power distribution unit (PDU) such as the IBM Enterprise PDUs.
