The video server provides built-in video motion detection and powerful event management functions based on triggered or scheduled events. In addition, the product offers a complete set of security features such as HTTPS, IP address filtering and multi-level password protection. The blade is housed in the 19 inch Axis Video Server Rack and is interchangeable and hot-swappable, so there is no need to power down when installing or changing blades. The AXIS 241Q can connect up to four analog cameras and transmit digital video from all four channels simultaneously via an Ethernet connection. It is configured with an AXIS ETRAX 100LX processor, 64MB RAM, 8MB Flash Memory and uses the TCP/IP, HTTP, Ethernet and Fast Ethernet protocols.
