This is 250-feet of Category 5, Plenum rated, solid, 4-pair, 24AWG bulk patch cable.

Solid cable is used for premise (in wall) applications such as faceplate to patch panel. It is designed to be "punched down". Plenum rated cable has a smoke-resistant plenum jacket that is often required by local fire codes for installation in the air plenum above drop ceiling tiles.
