Is your KVM switch generating signal loss because it lacks an emulation function? With this PS/2 keyboard and mouse emulator, you can prevent computer lockup due to keyboard signal loss. It allows hot plugging of your keyboard and mouse and also lets your computer boot and run in the absence of a keyboard and mouse.

This unit can be used as a security tool - avoid the chance that someone will operate your computer without your permission by letting your system run without a keyboard and mouse connected to it. This emulator is easy to use since it utilizes the computer's keyboard power source - just plug it into the PS/2 port intended for your keyboard connector and you're good to go. In addition, this emulator features a sturdy plastic casing, one remote wake up pushbutton and operates in up to 80-percent noncondensing humidity.
