With the Power LAN Cat6 Certifier you can test your high-performance LAN. The remote handset works with the display handset to perform autotest or individual real-time tests. The remote handset also acts as a tone generator. It offers talkset capability and provides Level III accuracy. The tester supports the following cable choices and networks: twisted pair, Token Ring, fiber, Ethernet, miscellaneous cable, custom cable, and more.

You can test basic and channel links on CAT3, 4, 5, 5e, 6 UTP and STP, as well as Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, ATM, and Gigabit Ethernet networks; FDDI or ATM on copper; single-pair cable used in telephone, ISDN, and AppleTalk networks; shielded two-pair cable for ATM networks and Fibre Channel networks. It offers a frequency test range of 300 MHz.. Test results are shown with pass/fail symbols. It stores up to 1500 autotest results for review and printing later. You can view autotest results in a tabular or graphical format.

Power LAN CAT6 Certifier offers the following preset Autotests: Headroom, NEXT, Attenuation, PS-ACR, ELFEXT, PS-ELFEXT, PS-NEXT, ACR, Delay Skew, Impedance, Return Loss, Capacitance, Length, Resistance and Wiremap.

This TS2000A comes complete with the following: (1) display handset, (1) remote probe, (2) rubber jackets, (2) hanging straps, (2) AC wall adapters, (1) field calibration adapter, (2) channel link adapters, (2) basic link adapters, (1) serial interface cable and adapter, (2) rechargeable NiMH battery packs, (1) PC utility software CD, (1) quick reference guide and (1) hardshell carrying case.
