This is PVC jacketed, solid, 4 pair bulk Category 5e patch cable.
Solid cable is used for premise (in wall) applications such as faceplate to patch panel. It is designed to be "punched down". PVC jacketed cable is the most popular type due to its lower cost (as opposed to the more expensive plenum rated cable, which is sometimes required to satisfy local fire codes).
