The DesignJet 90 color thermal inkjet is a fast, easy-to-use printer offering HP Color Layering technology and PhotoREt IV. It lays down 4 pl black and white ink droplets through HP Vivera dye based inks, providing sharp, professional prints. HP Color Technologies such as Professional Pantone emulation and CMYK+ will provide the edge to win more clients. Automatic printhead alignment and Closed Loop Color calibration deliver consistent reliable colors every time. Plus, there is Postscript support through EFI Designer Edition 4.2 RIP. Print speeds run at a minimum 4 minutes-per-page for color images on glossy paper.
The HP DesignJet 90 printers supports media of up to 18" x 24" using four different paper paths. It supports stock in weights up to 80 lb/m2, as well as thick or rigid media (up to .02 in). You can choose from a variety of HP media finishes.
