1-Year 24x7x4-Hour Onsite Repair Out of Warranty Maintenance Agreement for Desktops/Workstations - 69P9352
This 1-Year out of warranty maintenance agreement offers 24x7x4 Onsite Repair service. With this service plan, a service technician is scheduled to arrive at the customer's location for equipment repair within four hours after remote problem determination is completed. Service is available around the clock, every day, including holidays. Parts and labor are included.
Hardware problem determination is performed to the component level. For components made by other manufacturers, the customer must provide the replacement part and this service agreement will provide the labor to replace it. If a Technical Support Agreement with the manufacturer is available, procurement and cost of the replacement part may also be included.
This service agreement must be activated after purchase in order to use the service.
