HP 3-year Support Pack (elec) Upgrade 4hr Onsite Extended Hours Response - H4618E
This Support Pack provides HP's best possible response time during coverage hours of 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except HP holidays. An HP Qualified Representative arrives at the customer site to begin hardware maintenance service within four hours of calls received between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time. The four-hour onsite response is available in major metropolitan areas. For calls received after 5:00 p.m. local time, the response time is measured from 8:00 a.m. local time the next business day. Before a technician is dispatched, HP's Customer Care Center phone agents may first attempt to solve the customer's problem during the phone call.
