4-Year IOR 24x7x4-Hour Onsite Repair for ThinkPlus Desktops - 12X5633

This 4-Year contract offers 24x7x4 Onsite Repair service. With this service plan, a service technician is scheduled to arrive at the customer's location for equipment repair within four hours after remote problem determination is completed. IBM/Lenovo provides service around the clock, every day, including holidays. Parts and labor are included.

IBM/Lenovo performs hardware problem determination to the component level. For non-IBM/Lenovo components, the customer must provide the replacement part and IBM/Lenovo will provide the labor to replace it. If IBM/Lenovo has a Technical Support Agreement with the manufacturer, procurement and cost of the replacement part may also be included.

The service period begins with the product warranty, and includes the original limited product warranty period. This service must be purchased with the product or at any time during the original product warranty period - the service cannot be prorated, refunded or transferred. This contract must be activated after purchase in order to use the service.
