If the problem can not be solved using the 24-hour phone support, a service technician will be scheduled to arrive at your site within the time specified in your coverage. This ServicePac is only available for business customers.

Service is provided seven days a week, 24 hours a day, the same business day. An IBM service technician will be dispatched within 4 hours, if necessary, following IBM remote technical phone support. For calls dispatched after 1:00 p.m. local time, the technician will arrive by the morning of the following business day.
