3-Year IBM Onsite Exchange 24x7x4 IBM ServicePac for IBM TotalStorage SAN Switch 2005 - 29R5122
This 3-Year IBM ServicePac offers 24x7x4 Onsite Exchange service. With this service plan, a service technician is scheduled to arrive at the customer's location to perform an equipment exchange within four hours after remote problem determination is completed. IBM provides service around the clock, every day, including IBM holidays. Parts and labor are included.
IBM performs hardware problem determination to the component level. For non-IBM components, the customer must provide the replacement part and IBM will provide the labor to replace it. If IBM has a Technical Support Agreement with the manufacturer, procurement and cost of the replacement part may also be included.
The service period begins with the product warranty, and includes the original limited product warranty period. This service must be purchased with the product or at any time during the original product warranty period - the service cannot be prorated, refunded or transferred. This ServicePac must be activated after purchase in order to use the service.
